Erratum: Depressive symptomatology, youth Internet use, and online interactions: A national survey

In the January 2005 issue of the Journal, Table 1 of Ybarra ML, Alexander C, Mitchell KJ “Depressive symptomatology, youth Internet use, and online interactions: A national survey” was labeled incorrectly. The corrected table has been reproduced below.

The authors also would like to clarify that “refused” and “don’t know” answers were coded as “other” as opposed to the sample mean. In the 3rd paragraph, 2nd sentence on page 13 it should read, “less than one in five youth indicated mild or no symptoms” instead of “one in two”. All references to “3+ h / d” should instead read “2+ h / d”.
