Description of N-JOV stratified national sample and dispositions of mail survey. *Eleven agencies (1%) were ineligible because they lacked jurisdiction to investigate Internet sex crimes against minors. These were mostly small towns that relied on county or other agencies to conduct criminal investigations. **Fifty-four agencies (< 1%) were ineligible because they lacked jurisdiction to investigate Internet sex crimes against minors.
